 Have you ever met someone and you just knew that they were a person that would be in your life for a long time?  When I first met Paul, I was at a party before the Christmas dance.  We were dared to go make out in a closet, and hey, who turns down truth or dare?  Next thing I know, I'm talking to this boy online who happens to be friends with all my friends, I just haven't met him yet.

Fast forward.  Soon, Paul and I discover ourselves with huge crushes on each other.  We tried a couple of times to hook up, but things never worked out, seeing as how neither of us were ever single at the same time!  Eventually, we found it would just be best to be friends.

And we have.  Paul is one of my closest friends and I trust him with my life.  He's helped me a lot in my times of dire need and I have found that he is a great person to talk to when you're needing a pick-up.

He's super-hilarious, even if it's not always intentional.  Paul loves to make a fool out of himself, and has even called someone from his driveway asking where he was!  But we still love our Phishie.

All in all, I expect Paul to be in my life as a friend for a very long time, because Paul has proven himself both in the past and the present.  I wonder how I have gotten so lucky to be blessed with such a wonderful person - even if sometimes he is our village idiot.  =D
